This animated musical starring Anjelica Huston and Danny Huston is something I’m really excited to have co-written with Melissa D’Agostino and conceived with Matt Campagna. Following up on our collaboration with Mother of All Shows, we also created new songs with composer Rebecca Everett.
The movie is about three children who put the “Christmas witch” La Befana on trial for bringing them coal instead of oranges during the feast of epiphany! (Think Arthur Miller’s The Crucible meets Miracle on 34th Street).

The Christmas Witch Trial of La Befana is now in production, and is expected to hit the film festival circuit later this year.
My adaptation of Gilgamesh, an operatic song cycle I wrote with composer J. Scott Brubacher, was recently turned into a film at the University of Notre Dame.
The Mother of All Shows, a screenplay by Melissa D’Agostino and David James Brock, was recently featured in Variety Magazine with the announcement that it will start filming in early 2022 .
