Theatre/Opera (Toronto): A Million Billion Pieces

  • Young People's Theatre 165 Front Street East Toronto, ON, M5A 3Z4 Canada (map)

I am really excited to premiere A Million Billion Pieces at Toronto’s Young People’s Theatre this November. This piece is a play with opera, and gives me the opportunity to work with Gareth Williams again. It is a creative extension of the Breath Cycle collaboration which we began in 2013.

About the play

When a touch could be a lifeline – or lethal – two 16-year-olds dare to tempt fate. Pria and Theo are isolated by a rare disease that could prove deadly if they make contact. Craving connection, they progress from flirty DMs to a precarious encounter, each with their own reason to test what it is to live – and love – like other people.
