Screenplay News: Mother of All Shows is Featured on Deadline

Well, it’s happening. Mother of All Shows has begun filming.

Mother of All Shows is the feature length screenplay that I co-wrote with Melissa D’Agostino. We’ve got an incredible cast, but just before the new year, we we’re delighted that Wendie Malick (Hot in Cleveland, Bojack Horseman, Just Shoot Me) signed on to play a lead role!

It's been incredible to be in the filming bubble with this great cast and crew that includes Melissa, Wendie, Ann Pornel, Darryl Hinds, Juan Chorion, Phil Luzi, Tarah Consoli, Trevor Martin, and a puppet created by the wonderful Megan Fraser. And if Melissa couldn't be doing more on this project, she's co-directing with the joyous Matt Campagna!

This has been the culmination of nearly ten years of discussions with Melissa (even when we didn’t know we’d be writing this) around theatre, musicals, music, television, & film.

We’re 9 days into a 20 day shoot in Stirling ON, and it’s been thrilling to be on set for it all, even if filming is being done in a bubble under strict COVID protocols.

Well, more to come.
